Missy Holladay

Team Leader

Missy is a top Knoxville, TN Realtor® who is proud to help others and enjoys learning and growing every single day. She lives her personal and professional life by the Golden Rule – “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Communication and setting expectations are important to her and a top priority in her business.

Her love for the city makes it easy for her to understand why her clients want to be here too. Missy chose real estate as a calling because she has a desire for helping people. She is an empathetic listener with a passion for customer service at the highest levels that will make finding and a buying a home a pleasure.

Since becoming a Realtor® in 2014, Missy has proudly carried out the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Mission by conducting her business “ethically, professionally, and successfully”. Missy achieved the Silver Circle Award and in 2020, the Gold Level Producer and the prestigious Client Experience Award. She has served multiple years on the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council (ALC), which is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic “board of directors” is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable.

Missy helped 63 clients in 2022 and covers everywhere within an hour radius of Knoxville. She works with all types of clients including sellers, buyers, relocations, retirees and investors.

Originally from Louisiana, Missy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from the University of New Orleans. Her background is in sales and marketing, and she also worked as an event coordinator for a non-profit organization.

In addition to attending networking events locally and throughout the country, Missy is a member of the Knoxville Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Junior League of Knoxville, and Introduction Knoxville.

Missy is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband Ricky, her two children, Hannah and Isabelle, her two stepsons, Justin and Jordan, and her granddaughters, Mariah and Malayna.
